Motion Analysis of Nonrigid and Articulated Objects
has attracted considerable interest in the Computer
Vision and Graphics communities. This is a follow-up
to the 1994 and 1997 workshops, where we attempt to
foster dialog and debate through invited talks and
paper contributions on all aspects and applications of
nonrigid and articulated motion. We expect that this
meeting will contribute to the progress of the field
and help identify known problems and consequently
generate ideas for future work.
